NEOS is an organization geared towards assisting journeys in the sports operating industry. Our goal is to support the growth of individuals, organizations, and the whole sporting community while providing premier services at all levels ranging from youth to pro.

NEOS utilizes a hybrid approach in regards to development. NEOS combines classroom hours with real time training. The curriculums are delivered in many formats. This includes but is not limited to clinics, seminars, real-time, online and peer to peer. Our team of professionals supports all journeys by providing a comfortable learning environment. We teach everyone that confidence is imperative. NEOS is data driven and goal driven. We hold everyone to a high standard, which calls on our team and partners to service the sporting community professionally and with integrity.

To effectively achieve our goals, services include but are not limited to: Assigning officials, table operators, and site directors. A diverse training platform. Clinics and camps. Recruitment platforms and initiatives to grow participation throughout the whole sporting community. Mentorship and camaraderie.

NEOS is contracted by the United States Government and provides its services to the United States Air Force. We provide officials, table operators, training, and fulfill any of the needs of their 7 sport intramural program.

NEOS’ other relationships include Nutmeg State Games, YMCA, countless Towns, many Parks and Recreation Departments, AAU programs, Travel programs and multiple facilities.
